I can't believe everyone is saying set the speed to 12X when I set mine to 1X and it still burnt me 5 coasters… I do wish they'd at least tell one answer at a time. I downloaded "I-tunes for windows" found at I-tunes support page.
I just took it down from max possible to 20x and had no problems burning it or playing it.
